After using a Mercedes-Benz main dealer for the first 2 services I decided to take my Mercedes E350 elsewhere this year. I dealt with Daniel who was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I actually felt that they wanted my business and was passionate about delivery good service. All parts used were genuine Mercedes parts and even the oil used was Mercedes Petronas! Very happy to have found PMW Chelmsford. Highly recommended.
Superb service.My car is now 6 years old and until now has a full BMW service history.My last 2 BMW services have felt over priced with unnecessary/ premature reccomendations made, specifically suggesting brake pads and discs were "critical".After calling PMW for a 2nd opinion (which they were happy to give!), I got an extra 4 months wear on the pads and didn't need the discs replaced, ultimately saving me over half what BMW originally quoted! Aside from the price and quality, when calling or going into PMW, they have always been very attentive, knowledgeable and seem to actually care about their customers and their cars. I will always call PMW first for any work on my BMW in future.A*!
