Very cost effective we have 3 cars two audis and a Mercedes far more cost effective than main dealers
Booking was easy online - hence 1star. Aside from car failing MOT, which happens, I didn't think the person serving me was in the least interested. Given repair quote but no time plan when they could do it. I could have repairs done elsewhere and retest within 10 days for half price. So instead I had my repairs done elsewhere AND PAID THEM FULL PRICE to re-MOT rather than go back here and they identified a further fail item missed by Halfords, so had subsequent fail and retest but they advised me how best to move forward to get me back on the road. They made me feel like a valued customer. Very disappointed as have used this Halfords outlet for several years. No longer, Halfords.
The staff is rude to me and my wife with her car. I do not recommend them to anyone. I took my vehicle in and explained what the problem was and got my vehicle back and it wasnt fixed but it still cost me 200 quid but they said bring it back to a later date to put back on the machine. Just to cost me more money I dont have. Not happy and will not recommend them to no one else.
Thinking back to those l appreciate in 2018, staff of halford Autocentre for Excellent service to me, partner and our cars. Great job.
