I first visited when my car was having some clutch issues. The guys took it for a test drive within minutes of arriving and confirmed that the clutch was indeed slipping. (Another local place had also looked and said it was fine!)It was booked in accordingly.When I went to collect the car, they said that the part that had been supplied didn't look right in terms of its quality and so they sourced another of a different brand. Once my old clutch was removed, it was indeed a match for the part sourced later on. Many garages would have fitted whatever was supplied in the first place so happy days.My 2nd visit was to fit 2 main beam bulbs. I'm more than capable of fitting bulbs but I'd just purchased two new ones from the nearby Euro Car Parts and to be blunt, they were getting on my nerves. I swore a lot and headed up the road to VW Auditec. They set about fitting them although the price charged was perhaps a little steep. Still, it was a job I'd lost patience with.The 3rd visit (and hopefully my last for a while) was to have the drivers door lock replaced after it had failed.I said I'd wait for it to be completed as I had all day but having said it would be quite a number of hours, one of the chaps drove me home. Most kind indeed.I'd definitely recommend these guys.
