Worst doctors in Chelmsford!!! Took me 30minutes and 128 calls first thing in the morning to eventually get through, just to be told they are fully booked. How can they always be fully booked when no one can ever get a appointment. I'm not sure if it's even a doctor's surgery anymore! May just be some tart with a phone sitting in a empty building saying fully booked.

DR Antonio Rivera Dezea is the worst GP I've had to visit always running late when I'm there and when I see her she sees me for a minute then just give me a prescription without even looking at my injury or asking any important question. Went with really bad pain in my left wrist as I wanted a second opinion from a multidisciplinary therapist who said I had carpal tunnel syndrome and Tendonitis and she immediately dismissed it saying I was too young without asking about my line of work or any previous injuries before giving me anti-inflammatories. Very unprofessional and lazy

It is very obvious that once excellent Sutherland Lodge suffered a major setback when the three senior partners and others left the practice a couple of years ago and has struggled since then. A succession of locums have quickly passed through the doors with only one doctor in a permanent position thus removing much chance of continuity. Virgin had a major task on its hands to turn things around, that doesn't happen overnight but I was pleased to see that things have significantly improved judging from my experience when visiting today. The improvements in the reception area, notice boards, and communication systems together with the helpful and cheerful staff create a much more welcoming environment and I had to wait not many minutes before seeing the Practice Nurse the appointment for which was made earlier in the day.Overall a very encouraging move in the right direction.

the most, lazy, disorganised dustbin of a surgery that I've ever known. every time my mother goes there she gets a different doctor, they dole out pills without thinking, there's no relationship with the patients and no continuity. It used to be good but now all the good doctors have left. It's owned by Virgin who do not give a damn. please just get this place taken over by people who ACTUALLY CARE. Would give it minus stars if I could.

I usually manage to get an appointment when I phone. However I have seen 3 different professionals as I am unable to rebook appointments with the same professional. I am constantly told the professional I have seen on the day is not on the Rota. The receptionists vary in temperament either by being argumentative, ignoring me or being friendly depending on their mood that day.Today I was ignored by the Receptionist. My appointment was changed with no explanation as to why I was seeing someone else. When my blood pressure was taken I was ordered to remove the monitor myself. I asked if I needed to be seen again and was grudgingly told I suppose we had better see you in 3 months time.My past medical history shows I have had 2 heart attacks. I have not been told about side effects regarding my new tablets. My blood pressure was originally 180/95. It us down to 135/85. I was simply told to carry on doing whatever I was doing to bring it down.
