excellent surgery
Tennyson house is my local surgery and i have been visiting here for several years. The doctors are fantastic, empathetic and very helpful. On many occasions i have had an emergency and they have been helpful, even ten minutes before closing. My only negative is that although the doctors themselves are fantastic they are clearly over worked and under strain. They need more doctors to ensure a shorter waiting time.
Called 4 times this morning to cancel an appointment but every time you call it just says the queue is full and cuts you off. What a waste of an appointment. How rude what if your not calling for an appointment
Doctors and reception staff really helpful with my mums recent illness. I was always able to get home visits and prescriptions when needed.
Have always found all staff and doctors very helpful and understanding. Lucky to be in a good catchment area
