I visited Alistair Stewart to get a ring reset that I hadnt been happy with and the service was exceptional. Tim really listened to what I wanted and what I didnt like about the setting I had, and made great alternative suggestions, ensuring I was really happy with the proposed finish. The price was competitive and the ring was returned quickly to me. The final result was amazing and Im so happy I spoke to Tim at Alistair Stewart - I only wish I went there sooner. I have been using this jewellers for several years and they cannot be matched for customer service. I would not consider buying elsewhere even if at a cheaper price as their after sale care is the best there is.
