I love their jewelry, they're great as a gift where you can customize a bracelet with your choosing of charms for you or your loved ones.They're mostly made of silver, can be easily cleaned and maintained.This branch was nice and just like any other Pandora branch in terms of lighting and decor (beautiful bright lighting with classic white elegant decor).The staff there were nice and helpful.Their prices are a bit high but I think their quality matches their prices.

ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTED with the service I have been provided! Ordered a March birthstone bracelet and charm for my mum for Christmas in which I was sent an April birthstone instead. I sent the charm back to get an exchange due to a FAULT ON YOUR BEHALF. Then waited 2 weeks and still had not received my charm for ME TO CONTACT THEM for them to tell me they do not have my charm! ABSOLUTELY disgusted they never contact me within those 2 weeks to let me know they didnt have it. I had asked for a different charm and they said no. Now I am to wait another 5 days for a refund leaving me 2 days before Christmas to Hunt for a Christmas present. Thank you for your awful service and I shall never give your company another penny!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE!
