Lovely afternoon tea, great service in lovely surroundings
Seems to be a lovely place with great everything. Food looks great and look forward to eating later tonight.
VIsited Pontlands for the first time as a overnight guest for a friend's 40th celebration. Very helpful staff, very clean and tidy. The dinner was lovely as was the breakfast the following morning. Very helpful and happy staff. I'll be visiting again. Thank you.
Was a guest at a corporate event. Long wait between meal courses and the sauce on the main had a skin forming on the surface very small piece of chicken and very little mashed potato swimming in the sauce. Chicken and mash barely warm and no vegetables. Not impressed! The bar and room the event held in was small but comfortable.
Had a lovely nights stay here after our wedding. Beds were very comfortable. Only down side was that we were given the wrong information about the check out time and so we literally had to get ready and get out of the room within minutes after receiving a phone call from reception saying the next guests staying in our room were waiting. Kind of awkward!
