***** FIVE STARS *****Far too many years ago (2001 to be exact) I started my working career as an estate agent where I met some great people. Those I met and have been in touch with over the years included the estate agency legends better known as Lee Mann, Steve Wiggins and Graham Hughes... There were other great people, but this review isn't about them. 12 months ago I embarked on the task of getting my parents to move out of our family home of over 30 years. No small task I tell you. Despite having a little knowledge of EA, I was adamant I was not going to take on more of the work and try the modern day mistake of using the DIY estate agents. Don't for 101 reasons. Following tidying up my parent's house, getting Lee "the" Mann round twice for advice & numbers and then Bond Residential team selling my parents house, we are now thankfully due to complete this week. My parents have been blown away by the quality of service and professionalism received by Bond Residential. My parent have found the whole "moving" part quite stressful (selling, finding and the legal process) but mainly having to deal or rather, put up with other estate agents on the purchasing side. But the care and communication from Bonds has been nothing less than brilliant. And people that I don't know like Allan, Jack and others have made the whole stressful experience, a whole lot easier due to their expertise in their market and the delivery of an exceptional service to their customer. I knew people like Lee, Steve and Graham we top agents, but when you hear the feedback from your parents and the names popping up you don't know. It shows what a superb business and service run throughout every member of their team.I am extremely grateful to them all for helping and supporting my parents with everything. So thank you.To anyone reading this, a lot can go wrong in estate agency (buying/selling) and most of the time it is easy to point the finger as the middlemen.
