Total waste of my time. They took my deposit and told me to expect my car in a couple of weeks. A few months down the line still no car! The only thing these people are good at is avoiding telephone calls and passing the buck. I shall be getting my money back and going elsewhere!
I bought my car a week ago, I was told that I'd be able to pick it up this week which is now no longer the case. The reason being is that the admin team supposedly forgot to send over the documents for it to be taxed correctly. I can't help but feel that it's not just the admin office at fault, that is something you check after promising to have the car ready for the customer. I'm now carless and need to get to work but apparently I can still only pick it up until Tuesday which is unacceptable.I was then told that I'd get a call back about a courtesy car as I'm refusing to pay for a hire car and I've still not heard anything.At first I thought the service was great but it's actually been very disappointing and they are attempting to shirk their responsibilities I've appointments to attend today and have to rely on public transport on a Sunday because of someone's incompetence. I'm extremely disappointed.

Picked up my brand new Fiat 500 from here a few days ago and am absolutely over the moon! Cant thank Mitch at Glyn Hopkin enough - would recommend him to anyone, amazing service and just an all round lovely person.
Glyn Hopkin must be the worse Fiat dealership. Whilst my car was in their care it was seriously damaged to the extent I refused to ever drive the car again. Management are useless and chose to ignore communication by email. I did get another vehicle from them but when I tried to collect it it was not ready. Many of my personal items were not transferred to the new vehicle so it was a wasted journey. They even managed to damage an expensive key ring which was on my car key. When I mentioned this to the manager he just shrugged. Would certainly not recommend this dealership.
