Just picked up my ranger yesterday after radio fault repair. This is visit number five for the same fault and to my suprise, it's still not working so number six is coming soon. Being a main dealer is the only thing keeping this place in business as the workshop (body and mechanical) can't seem to get anything right.
can not fault them on getting the best price for a new ranger beating all other dealers by some way. unfortunately the truck had a fault (steering wheel buttons not lighting up) and they were completely useless at resolving the issue dont reply to emails and being told they would look into it on phone and not hearing anything after a week. when i finally did hear back after calling yet again, they wanted to charge me for a courtesy vehicle and said i may have to pay for diagnostics, which is completely ridiculous after paying around 32,000 for the truck and only having in 2 days. now have it booked into another transit centre and dont have to pay a penny as u would expect from a brand new vehicle.
Not great at all. I spoke to sales prevention officer Hakesh on 12th December about a new Ranger. I was waiting to hear back on how much they could offer for my car. I didnt hear back so I chased it up with a call and was told I would hear back. Once again I heard nothing. I then email after Xmas and didnt get a reply. I called AGAIN on January 7th and Hakesh didnt even remember who I was. He then said hell find out about my car and call me back. What a shocker he didnt call me back...I have just been to VW, done a deal on my car and ordered a 41k Amorak. Dont bother with this Ford dealership they are a total waste of time.

Paid for a full service and broke down 3 days later with smoking engine. Turns out they didnt even fill up the engine coolant. Notice the windscreen air vent not working all of a sudden, call and ask if it could have been disconnected in their hands. Told its not possible but they can do a diagnostic for 107 plus if its what he thinks it is will be around 900 to fix including labour! I then go to a local garage, they take a look for free and charge me 72 labour to fix it.Thanks Ford but will not be returning. Awful customer service and car comes out worse than it went in.
