What a lovely reception at service reception, couldn't be more helpful - having said that I don't know what the service is like!
Pleasant centre, I was met by a smiling happy team at the service counter, they swiftly dealt with my appointment and was on my way in no time.
Customer since 2013 bought my car from Chelmsford had it three years and it was a good car so after a good experience we bought our second car a Nissan qashqai automatic car was a dsastre from the start car bought from new it has spent more time at the dealer than at home for repairs first heater box went Nissan Chelmsford where we got the car from have done the repair dash board out apparently since,then electrics problem and car stalling come to a stop randomly any where like pulling out from a junction so you had to do the starting manoeuvre like put back in P foot on the breaks and restart as its an automatic a notified Nissan about it as urgent its a SAFTY ISSUE car went back but to Nissan Toomey Southend this time as they where closer to me they said it was the batterie Got the car back with the same problem here we go again this time they said as of new battery was put last time they never reset the codes oh also they done software updates and all sort of stories told to take the car and see if problem still there in another word take you little family in the car and try to see if they get KILLED in on a junction called Nissan uk about the problem since March 17 guess wha I still have the car with the problem this is a serious safety issue ,called head office they told me to sort it out with the seller and offered me an extra year warranty???? Is that going to save my little family when the car stalls on junction no I doubt it!!I have contacted Nissan Chelmsford again about it in the hope to find an out come and ask to speak to the management they put me through to a man who was very understanding and confirming that I had being sold a horror after 30 min conversation to find out he was a sale man who was trying to sale me another new car decided to speak to the sales man who Sold me the car he dont get to the phone but telling the squish board that he dfi call me back but nothing totally fustrited I have no alternative than to put this on here NISSAN QASHQAI AUTOMATIC VERY SERIOUS SAFTY ISSUE DETH TRAP The car was booked to go in last week to my surprise they called me to move the appointment to a later date as the replacement vhicule i was due to hae had an accident !! so car will be out of warranty they playing a time game
