Having bought our Volvo from a main dealer in another part of the UK I have had Waterhouse look after it for the last three years. Their customer service is faultless and they have at times gone beyond their remit of duty. From helping get the service records aligned on paper and on the computer systems, to assisting with Hire cars, to helping find issues with the car that have proved to be non existent (just me thinking there was something wrong) they have been absolutely great. And pricing is reasonable when you actually get quotes from non Volvo garages for comparison.The car always comes back valeted (even when I had a 50 repair done) and they keep you informed.
