I would give them more stars if I was able to ! Honestly amazing ! The only place Ill ever be going back to. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish, had a difficult situation with not having a way to get there to pick up my car and straight away Rob offered to drive to pick me up himself. Im not particularly knowledgeable with cars and he was beyond helpful with any questions. I cant thank you enough!

Bought a BMW 1 series from The Car Change, and i have to say we recieved the best service possible. We booked to come and view the car and upon our arrival the car and ready and clean to be seen. Fell in love with the car straight away. Not a single scratch on the body work and not a single thing wrong about the car. They even filled the tank up for us before we drove away and gave me a lift to the bank to deposit money. Brilliant service and very nice family run business. Helpful staff friendly and lovely selection of cars
Recently bought a Mazda from Rob and it was a great experience. We were under pressure from the insurance company wanting to take the ownership of our written off (but still driveable) car. The replacement Mazda was a good price and the level of service was outstanding. Rob ensured every part of the car was in as good a condition as it could possibly be, and was really flexible in allowing us to arrange to pick it up when it worked for us.
