Bought a car beginning of this week picked it up Monday in the pouring rain had to wait a little longer than the agreed pick up time because they hadnt quite finished valeting it. Well got it home and then left it there till the evening when I planned to use it for the first time to find the battery completely flat. Wife rings them up sends out an aa bloke well fortunately I hadnt traded in my old car so jumped in that and went to work. Aa bloke condemns the battery while Im at work sends a report to Toyota. Next day still dead battery so call them up and to their credit dean the manager sorts out a lease car till our one is fixed but while waiting for them to turn up my wife notices the front bonnet paintwork has an old sticker glue still on( strange was meant to have been valeted) also when the other car arrives we pop the bonnet and notice the washer lid off the bottle missing to jump start the car off a booster battery. Also was meant to have been serviced but no stamp in the book. She makes the list of problems and says shell be in contact with when delivery back of our car. Next morning Ive just done the school run and got back to find a bloke with our car sitting out the front of our house saying its all done new battery. Even checked the bonnet quickly all seemed done but had to rush to work so didnt get chance to check the other bits. When I finally did the following day washer top still missing and still no service stamp obviously the car was never serviced why say it was. So rang them up to complain this by now is the Friday and was told yes no problem Ill give you a call back for if I can just get a washer top and get your book stamped sir. Still nothing. Communication is poor from these guys and I feel that now they have the sale its like good riddance to us. The car seems fine apart from its missing bits but Im very concerned about its prebought service package if they are actually capable of actually servicing it properly or whether theyll lose something or even do it at all. I have to say I wouldnt recommend you as customer service and after service has been poor to non existence

Popped in to look at replacement car to fit the grandchildren in (!). Was served by Elysia who was super-helpful and took time to properly understand our needs, and come up with ideas. Nothing was too much trouble. In the event we found a car elsewhere, but I would definitely recommend her to other potential buyers. Thanks again for your help and maybe next time!
Car serviced today, (second time at this dealer), and again an excellent, smooth operation.All work requested carried out, car nice and clean, book stamped, etc, etc.Very nice waiting area, ALL staff polite & professional.Would defiantly recommend, thank you guy's.!
