Visited the showroom today with my Lamborghini mad 7 year old for a birthday treat. Phil was absolutely fantastic made time to show him all of the cars and chat to him about them, he has not stopped smiling since.
Highly recommended Lamborghini Chelmsford !!Having dealt with both Phil & Brent I have always found them to be amazing guys nothing is too much trouble, both are highly knowledgeable and efficient in their services, the operations of the dealership as a whole very professional, I am always well informed of all services and events. Beyond my reach but a great visit! Beautiful cars, great looking place and service towards me was excellent. It is new and sometimes it takes time get the little details right! Some of the comments are unfair in my view and deserve balancing...
I made my second visit to this showroom today on arrival there was no one at the desk in Lamborghini. In fact no one was in . Then a member from Bentley came through who was very polite and helpful. She pointed me to a Bentley salesmen who was also helpful and polite . When I asked to look inside the demonstrator Urus He said that all keys were in the safe . ??? And he is Bentley only . Also no brochures . I was looking for a more local dealer as I use HR Owen and they have good service and are really a league above . I would not bother to use Grange as this is the second time Ive been in and both times no one was there but the doors are open. I know that it is a new dealership with Lamborghini and I think that some serious management needs to be put in place so that the brand gets what it deserves . May I suggest that if anyone wants to visit this showroom I would recommend calling prior to visit to make sure 1, there open 2, there is staff 3, they can open the cars. So i will be not taking my business there and have to stick with HR Owen.
I love Lamborghini as a brand and it's cars. Nice dealership but very small with limited stock. Best to visit if you want a Bentley
